Kaghan Valley
A leftover from the severe snows of 2004. The
daredevil testing thickness of ice was finally
persuaded to come down so that the onlookers
could enjoy the sights more comfortably.
The river Kunhar is a torrent here and I wonder
what grade it would fit on in the rafting scales. The river
claims many lives every year of careless dwellers
of the plains coming in summer.
The views even outside the window of your transport
are amazing.
The local equivalent of an environment-friendly
refrigerator of a road-side seller of juices
and other similar stuff.
